Each month explores a different topic related to mental and emotional well-being and the real-life challenges many of us experience. Guided by mental health professionals from Graceful Therapy, participants have the opportunity to learn, reflect, share experiences if they feel comfortable, and connect with others in a supportive community setting. Our goal is to make conversations around mental and emotional wellness feel more approachable and accessible, while offering practical tools, helpful insights, and a greater sense of connection and support.
