$35 per vendor booth


No trash, merchandise, boxes or other items may be left behind. Spaces will be inspected at 4 p.m.

Each vendor will receive a 10' x 10' space. Vendors MUST bring their own tables, chairs, tent and anything else needed for their space.

To keep the Community Market safe, family-friendly and enjoyable for everyone, the following rules apply:

• No items, products or materials that are sexual in nature.

• No animal sales, giveaways, adoptions or rescue activities unless specifically authorized in advance by Prosperity Employment Outreach.

• No sales or distribution of firearms, ammunition, alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco products, drugs or drug-related products.

• We will generally limit duplicate specialty vendors selling the same primary product or service. Vendors selling a variety of merchandise, including garage sale and flea market items, are not subject to this rule in the same way. Vendor categories will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Prosperity Employment Outreach reserves the right to approve or decline vendor registrations, products, displays or activities that are not appropriate for the event or do not follow event guidelines.

By registering, vendors agree to follow all event rules and instructions provided by Prosperity Employment Outreach.

Food Truck Fee: $65

Food trucks must provide everything needed to operate their space and must comply with all applicable health, safety, permitting and licensing requirements.

Food trucks are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event and completely cleaning the area before leaving. No trash, food, grease, boxes or other items may be left behind.

To provide variety for attendees, we will generally limit duplicate food concepts. Similar menus will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No sales or distribution of alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco products, drugs or drug-related products are permitted.

Prosperity Employment Outreach reserves the right to approve or decline food truck registrations, menu items or activities that are not appropriate for the event or do not follow event guidelines.

By registering, food truck vendors agree to follow all event rules and instructions provided by Prosperity Employment Outreach.

Nonprofits and community organizations are invited to join us for the Community Market at The Lot at 1901!

Each organization will receive a 10' x 10' space. Organizations MUST bring their own table, chairs, tent and anything else needed for their space.

Nonprofits are welcome to share information about their organization, promote programs and services, recruit volunteers, accept donations and offer approved items for sale or giveaway.
