Join the Independence Downtown Association for our quarterly community meeting, with a festive twist at the Resident's Lounge at the Independence Landing Apartments! We’ll share a look at how this year’s Hop & Heritage Festival went (spoiler: it was our best year yet), plus what we’re working on for downtown Independence this winter and beyond. 🎄 Then we’ll roll up our sleeves. Did you know IDA pays for and hangs the holiday wreaths downtown, just like the summer flower baskets? We’ll be restringing the wreaths with lights so they’re ready to go up for the season. No experience needed, and many hands make light work (and be so appreciated). Food is on us! 🍴 Bring a friend, bring the kids, and come help make downtown shine. Everyone is welcome: residents, business owners, and anyone who loves downtown Independence.
