Compassion for the Caregiver invites you to pause, breathe, and reflect on your own well-being. In this workshop, we explore the relational impact of caregiving on family, friendships, and community. We&#39;ll identify areas of emotional strain and woundedness while strengthening communication, boundaries, and mutual support.
