High School Concert Choir Tour – Payment Plan (6 Installments)

Concert Choir Tour Payment Plan

This monthly payment plan is for Concert Choir members participating in the upcoming choir tour. The total tour cost is divided into 6 monthly installments of $267 to help families spread payments over time.

Please note that these payments are automatically recurring on a monthly basis. You may cancel recurring payments at any time and are solely responsible for canceling any unwanted upcoming payments. You may also restart payments at any time; however, all 6 payments must still be completed by March 2027 regardless of any pause, and it is the family's responsibility to ensure payments are back on track in time to meet this deadline.

Families are responsible for submitting all 6 monthly installment payments through this platform. All 6 payments of $267 must be completed no later than March 2027 for the student to remain eligible to participate in the tour.

To help with planning, the following suggested payment schedule is provided:

• Payment 1: October 13, 2026
• Payment 2: November 10, 2026
• Payment 3: December 8, 2026
• Payment 4: January 12, 2027
• Payment 5: February 9, 2027
• Payment 6: March 9, 2027

Families may pay earlier than the suggested dates if desired, but staying close to this schedule helps ensure all tour arrangements can be finalized on time.

Please Note:
On the payment page, there is an optional donation to the payment platform (Zeffy) to help keep the platform free for nonprofit organizations. To opt out of this optional donation, you must manually change it on the payment page.

High School Concert Choir Tour — Full Payment Option

Choose this option for your student if you would prefer to pay the full tour amount at once rather than using the payment plan. Paying in full saves $2 compared to the 6-installment plan. The total amount of $1,600 must be completed no later than March 2027 for the student to remain eligible to participate in the tour.

High School Concert Choir Tour – Chaperone Payment Plan (6 Installments)

This monthly payment plan is for approved chaperones attending the High School Concert Choir tour. To help make the cost more manageable, the total chaperone fee has been divided into 6 monthly payments of $209, allowing payments to be spread out over time.

Please note that these payments are automatically recurring on a monthly basis. You may cancel recurring payments at any time and are solely responsible for canceling any unwanted upcoming payments. You may also restart payments at any time; however, all 6 payments must still be completed by March 2027 regardless of any pause, and it is your responsibility to ensure payments are back on track in time to meet this deadline.

Please select this option if you are serving as a chaperone for the Concert Choir tour. All 6 payments must be completed no later than March 2027 to remain eligible to participate as a chaperone on the tour.

You must first receive approval from the HHS Choir Director and complete and pass a Level 2 background check with the Evergreen School District before purchasing a ticket as a chaperone for the Concert Choir Tour. Payments made without meeting this requirement may not be refundable (see refund policy below).
