By purchasing or registering for a ticket to the Pablo Martínez – Concierto de Alabanza, you acknowledge and agree to the following: AGE REQUIREMENT. This event is intended for attendees 12 years of age and older.

Children under 12 are not admitted to this event. Children up 12 years old need ticket to be admitted this event. GENERAL ADMISSION – NO ASSIGNED SEATING All tickets are General Admission. There are no assigned or reserved seats.Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arriving early is strongly recommended. TICKET SALES & REFUNDS. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except if the event is officially canceled by the organizer. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, the ticket purchase price will be refunded in accordance with the organizer's and Zeffy's applicable procedures and policies. If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. Additional refund options, if any, will be communicated by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by attendees, including transportation, accommodations, parking, or other costs associated with attending the event. PARKING. PARKING IS NOT PROVIDED OR GUARANTEED BY RESURRECTION CATHOLIC CHURCH (RCC). Attendees are responsible for making their own parking arrangements and for complying with all posted parking regulations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RCC, Encuentros Familiares de RCC, event organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties are not responsible for parking citations, towing, theft, loss, or damage involving vehicles or personal belongings. Please plan accordingly and arrive early. FOOD & BEVERAGES. Food and beverages will be available for purchase during the event and are not included in the ticket price. Attendees with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for verifying ingredients before consuming any food or beverage. ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER. By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending a public gathering. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, attendees agree to follow all safety instructions and release the organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties from claims arising from ordinary risks inherent in attending the event, except where liability cannot legally be waived. EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION. The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule or program and to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, governmental restrictions, technical issues, artist illness or unavailability, or other force majeure circumstances. CONDUCT. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from event staff, volunteers, security personnel, and venue representatives.
