ConnectHer Gathering Admission

ConnectHer Business Circle&trade; is a monthly business experience created for women entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, and emerging founders who want to build meaningful relationships, strengthen their business knowledge, increase visibility, collaborate with other women, and grow in a professional sisterhood rooted in integrity, respect, accountability, and collaboration. Each gathering is intentionally limited to 35 women to create a welcoming, relationship focused environment where every participant has an opportunity to connect, learn, contribute, and be seen. Every gathering includes intentional networking, a practical monthly business workshop, structured discussion, business introductions for first time attendees, the ConnectHer Marketplace, the ConnectHer Gift Exchange, and opportunities to build genuine business relationships. Each month features a different business topic designed to address real challenges women experience while building and growing their businesses. First time attendees will have up to 2 minutes to share their name, business name, primary business category, and what their business does. This introduction is designed to help women get to know who is in the room and is not a selling opportunity. ConnectHer Marketplace The ConnectHer Marketplace is the designated portion of the gathering where registered participants have the opportunity to actively promote, display, and sell their approved products or services. Marketplace participants may display products, make sales, promote services, accept orders, book appointments, share business information, provide business cards or QR codes, and connect with potential customers. This is the official selling opportunity during the ConnectHer Business Circle&trade; gathering. Participants must register under one primary business category and may only promote or sell products and services connected to that approved category. Selling and promotional presentations are reserved for the Marketplace period and should not take place during introductions, workshops, structured discussions, or other official portions of the gathering. ConnectHer may allow up to 2 women within the same business category to encourage collaboration while maintaining balanced representation throughout the room. ConnectHer Gift Exchange Every woman who chooses to participate in the ConnectHer Gift Exchange should bring one new wrapped professional gift.This is a full participant gift exchange.Every woman who brings a gift will receive one gift.If 35 women participate, 35 gifts will be exchanged. Community Standards ConnectHer Business Circle&trade; is committed to creating a professional sisterhood where women conduct themselves with integrity, respect, confidentiality, accountability, and professionalism. Participants are expected to respect business boundaries, avoid gossip and divisive behavior, handle disagreements maturely, respect the ideas and work of others, and support a culture of collaboration over unhealthy competition. Food Food arrangements may vary by gathering.Food is not automatically included in the registration price unless specifically announced for the selected gathering.ConnectHer may partner with Food Sponsors to provide meals or refreshments for certain gatherings. Photography and Media Photography and video may occur during ConnectHer gatherings for event recaps, community engagement, website content, PETALS communications, sponsor recognition, and social media. Participants will have an opportunity to indicate their photography preference during registration.
