Sustainable Solano teams up with Chef Garrison&#39;s Academy for a Teen Cooking Class! &nbsp;Open to teens ages 13-17, this class covers basic knife skills, sauteeing, roasting and baking as we make a flavor-packed lunch to enjoy at the end. &nbsp;We&#39;ll make Chicken &amp; Street Corn Rice Bowls (with cilantro lime rice, seasoned chicken, saut&eacute;ed peppers &amp; onions, fresh corn &amp; lime crema) plus Fresh Fruit Shortcakes with homemade whipped cream for dessert! &nbsp;All levels of cooking experience are welcome. &nbsp; Notes: please have long hair tied back, wear sturdy closed-toe shoes, remove fake nails, and no large dangling jewelry (especially bracelets and rings). Hats/bandanas are encouraged. Sustainable Solano will provide aprons.&nbsp;
