We will work with you to make your documents easier to understand and more trustworthy to those you serve, including self-represented litigants (SRLs) with low literacy. Prior to the event, you will be asked to share with RSI the documents you would like to modify, or to provide information on what you want to create. You will leave the workshop with documents that are written and formatted so that SRLs will understand and act on any instructions. Please register by February 18! Now, we want to help courts and ADR/ODR programs across the U.S. tailor their communications to better connect with people who could benefit from their services.
