ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP BADGE CARDS &amp; BOAT STICKERS:&nbsp;You must pick-up membership cards or their annual renewal stickers during the scheduled pick-up dates. Dates are announced via email, on the CL Facebook page, and on the website. Membership card stickers are issued once dues are paid in full.A badge card must be displayed at all times when on the Lake Association&rsquo;s property.- Be aware that those who do not pay annual dues &amp; leave their boats on lake property, will be invoiced boat storage fees and a non-member surcharge.&nbsp; REMINDER(S):- You can pay your charter in full or opt to pay in installments of $75 per year (max 10 years).- If you were eligible for a work voucher, it would be stated on your invoice. You are not required to apply it; however, if you do, you may deduct the amount from your total balance. To be eligible for a voucher, you must email cozylaketreasurer@gmail.com with Cc. to cozylakesecretary@gmail.com. State: 1) what you intend to do, and 2) provide a before and after picture to verify work completed. For the Spring/Fall clean-ups, you must sign in with an officer at the time of the event. Vouchers = $12.50 per activity with a maximum of $50 per year that will be applied to the following year&rsquo;s invoice. If you do not follow the above process, we cannot verify your contribution and, therefore, you will lose voucher eligibility.&nbsp;- If you are eligible to receive a Senior Discount, apply the promo code stated in your invoice.
