IABA Research and Education Foundation&#39;s MEBS Micro Credential for CT The MEBS Micro-Credential is a 6-hour (6-session) introductory training that builds foundational knowledge in constructional, values-driven behavior support through the Multi-Element Behavior Support (MEBS) model.&nbsp; Session 1: Constructional &amp; Humanistic Foundations of Multi-Element Behavior SupportParticipants are introduced to the values-driven foundation of MEBS, including the history of IABA, the philosophy of dignity-centered care, and the integration of behavioral science with humanistic principles. This session highlights the MEBS paradigm shift, attunement, mindfulness, and core ABA concepts that frame behavior as communication of unmet needs.
