This universal attentional practice helps us develop focus, emotional balance, and inner calm while building a stable foundation for greater wisdom, connection, resilience, and well-being. As we move into the holiday season, this is an ideal time to engage in more inner balance and integrate this into your days.&nbsp; Whether you are new to shamatha or have an established practice, this half-day retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your experience and reconnect with a sense of stability and ease. We offer this event on donation basis so that this program is available to all and so that our programs and offerings are accessible to more people and communities in need.&nbsp; This program is offered in person and has an online option.&nbsp;Tea and light snacks provided.&nbsp; *We use Zeffy, a 100% free platform for nonprofits. Our nonprofit gets the full amount of your donation. Zeffy adds an optional contribution to support their platform. This amount is completely optional and can be reduced or set to $0 by clicking &ldquo;Edit&rdquo; before completing your donation.* Your donation receipt is your registration.
