Thank you! That's right, we want to thank you! For your dedication to the CBP Mission,  for accepting the daily challenges, strenuous duties and overall demanding nature of around the clock federal law enforcement work.  And most of all, Thank You for becoming a Member of the Customs United Service Alliance (CUSA). CUSA was formed by a group of U.S. Customs and Border Protection employees who are committed to developing a nonprofit organization which promotes physical and mental health!  CUSA will use funds raised through charitable donations to provide some relief to our CBP brothers and sisters facing difficult times, to ease the burden or personal hardship, or to lend support in a myriad of different ways. CUSA members have sponsored numerous events to promote the well being of our members. We have supported the Veteran's Day program, Christmas Day Brunch, and have financially assisted families effected by life changing events such as Hurricane Ida and a loss of life in the line of duty.     Through direct donations or sponsoring a special event, together we can ensure our Team will continue to be "United in Serving All Those Who Protect Our Border" .  We are proud of our accomplishments. You can be proud too, knowing that you are committed to this worthy cause.  All proceeds from our membership and sponsor donations will directly support the Customs United Service Alliance in their fundraising efforts to provide multiple services, such as recreational activities, educational support and assistance. With your help, CUSA will continue to be a large supporter of all U.S. Customs and Border Protection employees and their families. Customs United Service Alliance is a nonprofit organization under the (501)(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, therefore donations made to CUSA are fully tax deductible.  On behalf of all U.S. Customs and Border Protection employees and their families, we thank you for your continued support and consideration of this sponsorship.     *PLEASE READ CAREFULLY* CUSA Memberships covers immediate family members only.  Member must be in good status to request or receive any benefit unless deemed otherwise by the Executive Board and Board of Directors. I, in my personal capacity, or in my legal capacity or as the parent/guardian of a minor, acknowledge and agree that this membership and participation in any CUSA sponsored events comes with inherent risks. By purchasing this membership, YOU voluntarily, for yourself and all others in your party accept and assume full responsibility for these risks. I will not hold Customs United Service Alliance Inc. (CUSA), its officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, insurers, and representatives liable in damages. This includes damages for any injury or loss to person or property that anyone in my party or I sustain in connection with, arising out of, or related to any CUSA related event.  I understand that I am hereby releasing CUSA officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, insurers, and representatives from any liability for any injury to myself and/or Minor arising in connection with, related to, or arising out of CUSA related events.  I, on my own behalf, or that of a Minor, give up any right to take any legal or quasi-legal action against CUSA in any way related to this membership, its events, event facilities use or event participation.
