The cost of running the Trojan Brigade program, including 2 weeks of band camp, programming, uniforms, and all competition expenses is $950 per year for marching band &amp; color guard.&nbsp; Every student&rsquo;s family is requested to contribute to the music program to help cover the cost of your student&rsquo;s music education. The district only contributes $4000 per year, despite a total program cost of more than $125,000. Your contribution is critical to make sure we can cover the cost of our music program, and is a fully tax deductible donation. This fee helps cover the cost of our two week band camp, instruction by our staff members and clinicians, music licensing, prop construction, transportation, competition fees, show design, show uniforms, guard props, overnight trip costs for the championship event and much more.&nbsp; We keep these fees as low as possible, and the requested donation only covers a portion of the total costs. The volunteer Brigade Boosters work hard to cover additional costs through fundraising and sponsorship donations. You can choose to make the entire contribution at one time, or break it up into payments (see Kim to do so). If you can not afford the entire amount, please consider any amount you are able to contribute to support our growing program.&nbsp;
