By purchasing, registering for, accepting, or using this ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:

Participation in the Soul 2 Soul Summer Splash is voluntary and involves outdoor recreational activities that may present inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, exposure to weather, and damage to personal property. By attending or participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event.

You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul 2 Soul Charity, Cycle Knights, their officers, directors, members, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, agents, representatives, and event partners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your attendance or participation in the event, including claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by applicable law.

You further acknowledge that all event vendors, exhibitors, food providers, and concessionaires are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own products, services, operations, and conduct. Soul 2 Soul Charity and Cycle Knights are not responsible for the actions, omissions, products, or services of any independent vendor.

For vendor eligibility to contact event host via text (Jerrod @ 321-414-5511) before paying your registration fee. Food vendors must have valid food handlers license, generator for power and meet any sanitation standards presented by your food handlers license. Included in Vendor Registration fee
