Rules: 

-Tickets must be purchased online.

-Raffle is open to the public; including to associates, staff, and affiliates of Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation and Ephraim McDowell Health. 

-Winner does not need to be present to win. 

-Ticket sales will close on Aug. 3, 2024 at 7:30pm EST. Drawing will be held live at the Luminosity Gala at 9pm EST. 

-Winner will be notified by phone, email, and if no response, by certified mail within seven (7) days of drawing. If winner does not claim the prize within thirty (30) days of drawing (September 2, 2024), EMHCF will notify the KY Dept. of Charitable Gaming and another winner will be drawn. 

-Winner may donate the prize back to the organization. 

-Winner will receive prize via electronic ticket transfer managed by University of Kentucky athletics, Ticketmaster, and/or other third party vendors. No paper tickets will be issued. Winner understands they must have access to the internet to obtain their prize. Once tickets are transferred, prize is beyond the control of Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation.
