Beyond the Bars 5K Run/Walk Ticket

Join us in running or walking on the behalf of Alpha and Talu Prison Clubs on  Saturday, July 13, 2024.  Registration and all donations for this event will go to support the prison clubs in District 8. Please Note: This is a virtual walk with no set race time.  You may walk/run any time of the day on July 13th. District 8 currently supports two Toastmaster Prison Clubs – one at Jefferson City, Missouri Correctional Facility (Alpha Toastmasters Club #3273397) and one at the Moberly, Missouri Correctional Facility (Talu Toastmasters Club #9643).  Prisoner club members have very limited opportunities to raise funds to pay dues, purchase supplies etc., so a source of continuing funding is needed to support these folks. Thank you for your interest and willingness to support folks on the “inside” who greatly wish to participate in Toastmasters programs! This event is sponsored by God's Gurl, www.godsgurl.org.
