No electricity or running water is available, and no open flames allowed. Donations (optional):Consider furthering your reach to our families and furthering our mission of uplifting our Cedarlane families with donations to giveaway during the event. Please feel free to donate anything you'd like and attach your business card/name.  Promotion:Vendors who sign-up by March 31 will be added to our event flyer to promote and forward it to you for your own promotion purposes. Our goal is to ensure we do all we can to promote you and our event as early as possible to get the community there to support us all. Please try to give us transparent logos & a few images of your products and website (if applicable). If you cannot, we will do our best to make sure it looks as clear as possible.  We may be able to update fliers to add vendors who sign up after March 31, but it is not guaranteed.  More stuff you need to know:<ul><li>Event setup is 9:30am to 10:30am, event commencement is at 10:30am.</li><li>PLEASE arrive on time</li><li>Again, all items must be family friendly; no adult material, profanity, knives, weapons or drug paraphernalia is allowed.
