We are a school PTO-run pop-up boutique whose primary attendance is our school's students, families, and staff.  Therefore crafts, collectibles and handmade items are primary sales.  NO food, bakery, second-hand, or illegal merchandise are allowed.  We reserve the right to censor any booth.

Therefore, all items must be family-friendly. Crafts, collectibles and handmade items are primary sales.  No adult material, profanity, knives, weapons or drug paraphernalia is allowed. Remember the event is on school grounds. NO food, bakery, second-hand, or illegal merchandise are allowed.   Vendors & Community Organization Exhibitors (hereafter vendors), and their affiliates are responsible for leaving area in the same condition they found it & must exhibit professional behavior at all times.  We reserve the right to censor any booth. A safe, pleasant, family-friendly environment for our students and your customers is our goal. All fees are non-refundable as they are used for PTO event expenditures. Spaces:Vendors will be provided 10x10 space on our blacktop WITHOUT tent or any equipment. Vendors must provide their own equipment (canopies, canopy weights, tables, chairs, etc). No electricity or running water is available, and no open flames allowed. Donations (optional):Consider furthering your reach to our families and furthering our mission of uplifting our Cedarlane families with donations to giveaway during the event. Please feel free to donate anything you'd like and attach your business card/name.  Promotion:Vendors who sign-up by March 31 will be added to our event flyer to promote and forward it to you for your own promotion purposes. Our goal is to ensure we do all we can to promote you and our event as early as possible to get the community there to support us all. Please try to give us transparent logos & a few images of your products and website (if applicable). If you cannot, we will do our best to make sure it looks as clear as possible.  We may be able to update fliers to add vendors who sign up after March 31, but it is not guaranteed.  More stuff you need to know:<ul><li>Event setup is 9:30am to 10:30am, event commencement is at 10:30am.</li><li>PLEASE arrive on time</li><li>Again, all items must be family friendly; no adult material, profanity, knives, weapons or drug paraphernalia is allowed. Remember the event is on school grounds. </li><li>All vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event, cleaning up before 2:00pm and partial-day participation is not allowed.</li><li>One vendor per space is allowed, shared booths/vendor spaces is not an option.</li><li>No electricity or running water availability.</li><li>Vendors are responsible for their own equipment. Cedarlane Academy K-8, HLPUSD & Cedarlane Academy PTO or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, equipment or personal property; or any injuries incurred during the Spring Festival & Pop-Up Boutique.</li></ul>
