All Bridgeway classes have three classroom parties(Fall, Winter, and Friendship Classroom Day). PTO helps collect money and identify parents/guardians who would like to help coordinate/plan the parties. 

We need parent/ guardian volunteers to be Room Parents for classroom parties as well as parent/guardian volunteers to assist the Head Room Parents. 

What does it mean to be a Room Parent for a classroom party? You will receive a stipend to use for snacks, a craft and a game. Any expenses above this budget can be requested as a donation from classroom parents. You are in charge of planning all three parties. 

What does it mean to assist a Head Room Parent? Glad you asked. Assistants get to pick a party to assist the Head Room Parents at, usually doing activities such as setting up games or crafts and handing out drinks and snacks to the kids. 

The children really look forward to these parties and greatly appreciate your assistance to ensure we can make these memorable events for our children.
