We have an amazing show waiting for you! This message contains important information about the event – logistics, parking, ticketing, schedule, snacks, etc. Please be sure to review it carefully!  Event Date/Time/Location  The Thoda Rang, Thodi Masti show is on Sunday, 7th April from 4 – 7:15 pm, at Cary Hall in Lexington, MA. The address is: 1605 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420.  Directions/Parking  Important: Due to construction , the large parking lot behind Cary Hall is closed. Instead, please park in any of the following locations which are within ~5 minutes walk. We are expecting a  large turn out for the event. So be sure to allow enough time to park and walk to the venue – please see parking information below. Parking Parking in Lexington is free on Sundays. Please see the link with map below for a variety of parking options in Lexington center. Some of the popular parking options are (a) Street parking along Mass. Ave (b) NStar parking lot which is down Edison Way (c) Large Municipal parking lot behind Depot Square, Lexington. Of these , the largest parking lot is in Depot Square (over 100 spots) and it takes around 5 minutes to walk to Cary Hall from there. Map: https://www.lexingtonma.gov/367/Parking-in-Lexington-Center Event Timing/Schedule  Ticketing tables open at 3:30 pm Social hour and welcome snack, photos: 4 – 4:40 pm.  Doors open and seating begins: 4:30 – 5 pm Show begins at 5 pm sharp and ends at around 7:15 pm  Ticketing  Please note there will be 4 ticketing stations in the lobby:  1.            Sponsors 2.            Individual / Couples tickets 3.            Group tickets (group of 10 or more)   How seating works  All sponsors and VIP ticket holders for this show will have assigned reserved seating in the front of the hall. For all other ticket holders - When you come to the venue, please go to one of the ticketing tables (depending on your ticket type) and show your ticket – the ticket QR code will be scanned, and you will be provided with a wrist band and a seat number where you can take your seat.   Photos  Take photos with your friends at the Fotu Duniya photo booth in the lobby during the social hour between 4 and 4:40 pm.  Snacks  We will offer a delicious, complimentary snack and tea, prepared by Clay Oven Restaurant of Lexington, to all ticket holders and sponsors. This will be available only during the social hour, from 4 to 4:40 pm before the show begins in the lower level of Cary Hall. Please note: There will be no other food/snacks/drinks available at the venue. Cary Hall has a very strict policy about no food or drink being allowed inside the hall, and we request you to kindly comply with this policy. After the event is over,  there are many restaurants around Lexington center to choose from, for dinner after the event, if you are interested.  Clay Oven Restaurant of Lexington, which offers excellent Indian fare is almost directly across the street from Cary Hall.
