Not sure if you are ready to register for a multi-week session? Come explore classical ballet technique in this introductory workshop. Exercises at the barre include bending and straightening the knees, brushing the foot along the floor to a beautiful stretched position, brushing the foot off the floor, tracing a semicircle with the legs in a turned out position. Enjoy the challenges of balancing, gentle jumping, and coordinating movements to music. While this workshop will be most accessible to those with some type of movement background (other dance styles, circus arts, athletics, yoga, martial arts, etc), no specific experience is required and all are welcome.
