Memorial Day Weekend 100 Mile Yard Sale Vendor Application

We are thrilled to invite you to be a part of The Stars and Stripes National Museum and Library's Memorial Day Weekend 100 Mile Yard Sale, a unique event that spans from Thursday, May 23, 2024 through Sunday, May 26, 2024. The Museum has over 20 acres of space available right on Hwy 25. This event offers a fantastic platform for vendors to display and sell items while supporting the Museum!

Vendor Space and Pricing:

Each vendor will be allocated a space measuring 20x20 feet. The pricing for participation is structured as follows to provide flexibility for your schedule:

• One Day: $30
• Two Days: $60
• Three Days: $75
• Four Days (Full Event): $100

Important Information:

• Responsibility: Please note that the museum cannot be held responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. Vendors are encouraged to take necessary precautions to safeguard their merchandise.
• Museum Hours: The museum will be open from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM from Thursday through Saturday. The hours for Sunday are to be determined (TBD).
• Vendor Registration and Setup: Vendors can register and start setting up at 6:30 AM each day of the event. This allows ample time for preparation before the yard sale opens to the public.
• Food Vendors: Food vendors are welcome. Food trucks must show proof of a current passing health inspection from Stoddard County Public Health. Any food vendors selling homemade baked goods, jams, or jellies must be in compliance with Missouri’s Cottage Laws.
