In this time of division and uncertainty both within our Jewish world and beyond, join Rabbi Tara Feldman and yoga teacher Sharon Epstein, co- founders of Lev Shalem Yoga for a gentle yoga practice with which we will conclude Shabbat. As the multiple distinct wicks of the havdalah candle are braided together as one, we will gather for a grounding and healing embodied practice. Celebrating both our diversity, we will unite in community, to create one brilliant flame. Our yoga practice will conclude with havdalah and be followed by a chance to speak, share and enjoy light refreshments.
