11:00am - Shotgun Start 


4:00pm - Dinner, Raffle Drawing and Silent Auction


Cost to Attend (Includes Breakfast, Dinner and Cart): 

$800 for a Foursome 


$250 for Individual Golfers (We can pair you with other golfers to form a foursome)


$50 for Dinner Only Attendees


Free breakfast and dinner for volunteers


Payments over $500 are subject to a credit card fee.  To avoid the fee, please pay by debit card or send a check to: Andover Youth Lacrosse, 374 Salem Street, Andover, MA 01810 (Click "Other Payment Method" and choose "Check" when registering)


Registration:

AYL will be using Zeffy.com* for the golf tournament registration. Zeffy is a free online fundraising platform for non-profits and Zeffy relies entirely on contributions from donors. 


*Please note, when you register, you will see "Support the 100% free platform we use" in the Summary section. Zeffy's suggested donation amount is high. If you do not wish to donate or you would like to donate a lesser amount, you may choose "Other" in the drop-down menu.


Once you have registered, please provide the names of the players in your foursome to Tony Silvestro via email - tony.silvestro@yahoo.com

Andover Youth Lacrosse (AYL) is the lacrosse program for the town of Andover, MA. We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) community-based organization serving boys and girls in grades K through 8. AYL boys and girls teams are members of the Mass Youth Lax (MYL) League.
