Use this registration form if you plan to attend ALL Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions and meals and will be staying at the hotel Friday and Saturday night. Please note that an automatic donation to offset processing fees will be added to your registration subtotal. You can change the amount by using the dropdown menu and selecting Other (even choosing $0 if you wish).

If only one person will be staying in a hotel room, please add the single occupancy fee and choose the single occupancy option for additional room nights as well.
