The Polar Bear Express leaves the station this year on December 5th, 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 21st. With a Mayor's Lighting Ceremony and Employee/VIP night.

Tickets will go on sale ONLINE Saturday, November 2nd, 2024. Tickets may be purchased in person at the Mining Days Building located in King Jack Park on Monday, November 4th, 2024 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Remaining tickets may be purchased at Webb City City Hall, 200 S. Main, during normal business hours. Ticket prices are $2.00 per person, General Admission, all ages. There are two sessions available each night: 5:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. Riders may choose between two sessions when reserving their tickets: 5:30 to 7:20 p.m. or 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Your entry time is during or after your Event Arrival Window time. We are not able to accommodate guests before their arrival window time. All members of your party must check-in at the same time in order to be assigned the same train number.

Riders will be assigned a train number upon check-in. While waiting for assigned train to leave the station, guests may enjoy a visit with Santa, purchase items from the concession stand, watch The Polar Express (*sponsored by the Route 66 Movie Theater), and take part in the free activities located within the pavilion.

Once the assigned train number is announced, riders will follow event volunteers & staff through Candy Cane Lane to the Polar Bear Express depot. Once aboard, riders will enjoy a magical ride through King Jack Park. more than a million lights will adorn countless structures & natural elements to marvel over while guests are encouraged to sing along to musical holiday favorites. Riders will also view a musical Holiday Light Spectacular unique only to Webb City's Polar Bear Express. (*flashing lights and displays will be located throughout the ride)

General Admission Ticket Every rider will present a General Admission Ticket upon entering the Farmers Market Pavilion located in King Jack Park, 555 S. Main Street, Webb City, MO. Tickets purchased are for a specific session each night of the event and are $2.00. Tickets are required for every rider. By purchasing this general admission tickets to be admitted to the 2024 Polar Bear Express event in Webb City, MO, I understand: 1. Each ticket represents one admission only; 2. I MUST present ticket/receipt upon entrance to the Farmers Market Pavilion located in King Jack Park, 555 S. Webb City, MO in order to ride the 2024 Polar Bear Express; 3. My purchased tickets MUST be used on the session time & date that is listed on my ticket/receipt; NO EXCEPTIONS 4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no refunds will be issued.*
