Please come the day of ready to move your bodies in a low-key, full-body workout designed for all ages and abilities! We recommend you bring a water bottle for the workout portion and come dressed in clothes ready to move in! There will be a short break after our movement portion for you to change if it will help you feel more comfortable for the rest of the morning sessions. There will also be light snacks to refuel, and water for hydration during this time.&nbsp; We can&rsquo;t wait to help you transform your health, body, mind and spirit, all for the glory of our King as His amazing daughters!
