Flat Out Love is proud to announce that our 2024 May meetup will be at Oak Haven Resort & Spa in the foothills of the Smokies in Tennessee! 

The closest airport for those flying to attend this event is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, TN. The airport is about 29 miles away and can take anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour+, depending on road conditions.

Flat Pass (includes Meals)  ($150 per attendee) will be required for all attendees. Flat Pass will include admission to weekend programs, including meals during the event, the Silent Disco night, an event bag to fill with goodies, and a Flat Out Love event-branded T-shirt. Flat Pass does NOT include lodging.

You can book lodging directly with Oak Haven Resort based on their availability at  https://www.oakhavenresort.com. There are many hotels located in the Sevierville, TN, area that would be an option for off-site lodging to attend our events!

If you wish to use the Spa @ Oak Haven, you must book and pay for services directly. Spa services are not included in the Flat Pass or Lodging & Meal fees.
