The Enhanced Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) program combines self-study with instructor-led webinars and networking opportunities. Thanks to the generous support of our donors and sponsors, we can offer this enhanced FiCEP program at a lower cost. Participants who successfully complete the program and exam earn the prestigious Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation. This certification demonstrates proficiency in critical financial counseling skills and concepts, empowering participants to provide superior service to credit union members and guide them toward greater financial stability. Registration fees are per person and include nine webinars, an exam prep webinar, PDF books, group exam proctoring,  a virtual training workshop, and access to the FiCEP Connect network.
