This notice must be emailed to <a href="mailto:events@hhhranchil.org" target="_blank">events@hhhranchil.org</a>, if terms are met we will provide a refund less 25% of the deposit paid.</div><div>*Failure to pay the remainder of the outstanding invoice total at least 5 business days prior and/or give a cancellation notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless other arrangements have been made.</div><div>*If we do not receive a cancellation notice in writing or you do not show to the event this will result in the termination of the deposit/balance paid and no refund will be issued</div><div>*Any refunds due will be issued within 30 calendar days of notice</div><div>*If paying by check, the actual calendar date HHH Ranch receives the check is the date we use for terms, we will not consider issued on or mailed on dates.</div><div>*The final headcount is due 7 days prior to the event.
