Tier 1 - Annual Membership

Renews yearly on: July 31

Tier 1 Membership will be limited to residents of the following Texas counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, and Wilson Counties. Tier 1 members: 1. Have voting rights in general membership meetings; 2. Are granted access to Alamochat and TexasChat; 3. Can be elected to the Board of Directors; 4. Can apply to be a candidate for a monarch position in the Corporation; 5. Can be a member of a standing or ad hoc committee; and 6. Can request an absentee ballot from the Board of Directors for the election of monarchs.

Tier 2 Membership is open to Lifetime Title Holders & COM members who do not reside in the following Texas counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, and Wilson Counties. Tier 2 members: 1. Are granted access to Alamochat and TexasChat; 2. Have no voting rights in General Membership meetings; 3. Cannot be elected to the Board of Directors; 4. Cannot run for a monarch position in the Corporation; 5. Can request an absentee ballot from the Board of Directors for the election of monarchs; and 6. Can only be a member of the COM if they meet the qualifications described in the COM’s SOP

By submitting this Membership Application, I agree to comply with the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, the Policy & Procedure Manual, the Code of Conduct, and the Protocol Handbook of the Alamo Empire and any other rules or regulations duly adopted by the Alamo Empire. The information I have provided herein is true and correct as of the date it is submitted. I will abide by all applicable laws in connection with my participation in or attendance at any event held by (or on behalf of) the Alamo Empire. The General Membership, Monarchs, College of Monarchs, and Lifetime Titleholders shall conduct their actions with respect and integrity. We must reflect positively on the values and reputation of the Alamo Empire. We must promote an environment free of harassment and abusive conduct, whether physical, verbal or visual. The Code of Conduct includes, but is not limited to, all forms of social media, e-mail, texting and at all public functions and meetings. There is also an obligation to adhere to the Alamo Empire's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Policy & Procedure Manual, as they may be amended from time to time. Infractions made that are considered to be morally, willfully, maliciously, and ethically damaging to another party, person, or organization shall be grounds for disciplinary action by the Alamo Empire's Board of Director (and/or, in certain situations, its College of Monarchs, as well). Disciplinary action may include - but is not limited to - reprimand, suspension or forfeiture of title, or suspension / revocation of membership.*

Although our meetings are open to the public, sometimes it is necessary to go into a closed session. Any person who violates this clause - whether directly or indirectly - shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Alamo Empire's Bylaws and/or Policy & Procedure Manual.*
