Membership

Our ministry has been established for four years. We started our ministry in 2020, just before COVID-19, primarily from the digital platforms of Facebook Live, Clubhouse, Linkedin, and Instagram Live. Our ministry has been viewed internationally, and now, in our local city of Nashville, Tennessee, we have been inspired by GOD to start our in-person services. Our Church was initially supposed to be called "The Restoration House." However, when we began filing the paperwork, we found many ministries with similar names. The organization that was assisting us suggested that we consider a name change. We were in the middle of a sermon series called "Transforming Faith," as they say, the rest is history.  The mission of Transforming Faith is to serve the needs of the faith-based community while partnering with communities that may not be faith-based but require spiritual, social, and economic assistance. Transforming Faith is a bridge builder to diverse people from all backgrounds. That also includes people with whom we may disagree but can find common ground on things that improve our communities while serving the common interests of people who usually wouldn't work together.  One of our missions is to purchase property to start transitional housing for those reentering society after incarceration. Suppose we aren't blessed to purchase property ourselves. In that case, we'd like to partner with existing organizations with the infrastructure we can support financially or send some of our parishioners over to learn and serve with them. Our church's mission is still aligned with the great commission of the scriptures of spiritual growth and inviting those who may not be of our faith to be impacted by the preaching and teaching of the gospel while simultaneously balancing the command to meet the needs of the oppressed of society.  Our first official launch service is September 1st, 2024, and we are praying to God for financial partners to help us build the right team. We believe our ministry is called to be a distribution center of spiritual resources that improves the lives of the people we serve both internally and externally. We are excited about the potential and what GOD is about to do through our partnership with the greater middle Tennessee region.
