Childcare can be provided at a cost per child for conference participants on Friday only, as children are not permitted in the conference room itself due to APT/GAPT conference policy. The childcare fee is $35 per child, and it must be paid with conference registration. The child's minimal age is 4 years old and the child must be potty trained with the ability to use the restroom independently (but can be escorted to the restroom by childcare staff). The child's maximum age is 12 years old.

If you plan to pack your child a lunch and snacks to bring with them or if you plan to purchase lunch at the hotel for your child independently, there is no fee. If you would like your child to eat the food provided to conference participants, the fee is a $65 per child.
