The Exponential Festival is a 501c3 January performance festival for NYC-based artists and Brooklyn venues. Founded in 2016 to remove the barriers to entry for young artists in NYC, Exponential is now counted among the &ldquo;beacons of experimental work&rdquo; in New York (The New York Times). For eleven years, The Exponential Festival has brought diverse, risky, and rigorous local performance work to new audiences. We support NYC-based artists, most of whom are early-career, and provide them with mentorship opportunities, cash, and production resources. Every fall we crowdfund for our annual January festival. This year we are also throwing a small party to increase funding for our beloved artists and to take further root in the Brooklyn performance community. The theme of this year&#39;s party is DEB BALL (as it is Bailey Williams&#39; and Nurit Chinn&#39;s coming out party as Co-Directors). We are ruminating (with a dose of irony) on debutantes and society and the Journey of Girlhood. This event will feature light bites, performances, and a raffle. The STACKED lineup includes DeliaDelia&nbsp;(b-ball/witchery/jokes), One Whale&rsquo;s Tale&#39;s Ellpetha Tsivicos and Camilo Quiroz-V&aacute;zquez (quincea&ntilde;era festivities), and Laura Galindo (songs of yearning)!
