LOCATION DETAILS:The Indoor Tables will be located inside the Vista Mall located on the second level near the Food Court of Vista Mall (Previously known as Music City Mall or Vista Ridge Mall) in Lewisville, Texas. The address is Vista Mall, North Entrance #6, 2401 S. Stemmons Freeway, Lewisville, TX 75067. The DFW Ham Expo Executive Committee has secured more space for this year's event. We have two locations within the mall that we know we can use. However, a larger single space may be available that would greatly expand our footprint (this space could be upwards of 4 times larger, however we won't be confirmed till much closer to the event). The doors will reopen on Saturday to ticket holders at 09:00 (9AM) and close to all at 15:00 (3PM).  VENDOR SETUP: Friday, June 14 between the hours of 07:00-12:00 local time. VENDOR TEARDOWN: Saturday, June 15 after 15:00 local time. We ask that vendors not tear down early as this is a detractor to late attendees. ***Special arrangements may be possible to large commercial vendors on a case by case basis. This will require advanced communication so that we may work with the mall. There are no guarantees. Outdoor Tailgate Spaces will be handled by our sister club, the Lewisville Amateur Radio Association (LARA). 100% of all tailgate space sales will be collected by LARA the morning of the event. Tailgate spaces are $10 each, exact change preferred.
