I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, waive, release, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsoring organizations, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my attendance or participation, except where prohibited by law.

Event Sponsorship - Your business will be displayed at the event in large display. It will also be on all outgoing communicaiton including social media. We will announce your business during the event with a 15sec plug for your business.

Sponsor a single game table - Your business logo will be displayed at the table you choose (first come first selection)

Sponsor an auction basket. Your company logo will be displayed on the basket and we will fill it with the goodies
