Nickel Plate Trail

LXCL:Includes ride registration for the ~25-mile round trip ride from Denver to Rochester and back, with a snack/drink stop at the turnaround. Helmet required. Kids welcome — riders may go any distance they choose. Proceeds will be split between The Nickel Plate Trail and the Denver Days Veterans Charity.

Join us for the Denver Day&#39;s Bike Ride Fundraiser &mdash; continuing our 250th Celebration with a ride supporting Veteran &amp; American Mental Health Awareness, with proceeds split to benefit Nickel Plate Trail maintenance. Open registration is 6:30&ndash;8:30 PM in Denver. Helmets are required for all riders, and bike lights are required after 7:30 PM (glow sticks and lights welcome for fun!). The ride heads north to Rochester, with a turnaround spot offering drinks and snacks, then back to Denver &mdash; about 25 miles total. Riders are not obligated to go the full distance, and kids are welcome to join!Stick around after the ride for a draft horse pull, live music, food, and craft vendors.Officially sponsored by the Denver Lions Club.
