Please note that this membership is not an insurance product and does not replace any insurance product. By purchasing this product you agree that this is a membership for services for Regional EMS, Inc. only and doesn't waive fees for services under the membership program allowance as mandated by the US Health and Human Services or Medicare and Medicaid insurance programs. If  your charges are part of your health insurance deductible, you will be responsible for the cost(s) of services rendered to you. If you are uninsured, you may be eligible for a credit or discount on your original bill.
