When you Win, We Win! 50/50 RAFFLE DIAMANTE FUNDRAISER Official Rules for the Raffle Organizer This raffle is conducted by Diamante Inc. DBA Diamante Arts & Cultural Center, a 501c(3) nonprofit organization under the laws of North Carolina. Ticket Information • A single raffle ticket is $10. • Tickets are sold exclusively through the Zeffy platform. • No more than 500 tickets can be sold Raffle Period • Tickets go on sale on April 25, 2025. • Ticket sales will end on May 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM (EST). Drawing Details • One drawing will take place on May 16, 2025, and the winner will be announced on the same day at 8:00pm • The raffle drawings will be conducted using a random number generator software. • Chances of winning are between 1.0% and .001% per ticket depending on the number of tickets purchased at the time of the drawing. Eligibility • Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle ticket and participate in the drawing. • Employees, board members, and their immediate families are eligible to purchase tickets and participate. Prize There will be 0ne drawing, and one winner will be selected. o 50% of collected funds Prize Conditions • The winner of is responsible for all fees and taxes in accordance to North Carolina law. Notification of Winner • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. • If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the drawing, said winner forfeits the prize, and another winner will be drawn for the prize. The drawing will be conducted by the Organizer at a place and time of their discretion. • By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser authorizes the Organizer to publicly announce their name on Diamante Inc’s social medial channel, and by press release. Refund Policy • No refunds will be issued after a ticket is purchased unless the raffle is canceled. Compliance • This raffle complies with N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-309.15 and all applicable laws of North Carolina.
