What: Disney Performance Workshop in Orlando, FL on Saturday 5/3/25

Who: Symphonic, Wind Ensemble, Advanced Percussion (88 tickets available!)

What do I bring?

• Small bag with a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, and extra spending money

• Your instrument!

• Your best behavior!

Transportation:

• 8th graders attending both Gradventure at Universal on 5/2 - parent transport

• All other 7th/8th graders will ride a coach bus ($45/person)

What is the report time/return time?:

• We will find out our performance time in March 2025.  

• For now - please plan on a report time of 5am and return time of 12am (subject to change!)

What is the cost of this event?:

• $175 - Disney performance workshop, ticket to either Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios (to be chosen later), and a $35 meal card (bus fee not included)

• $220 - all above plus $45 bus fee

• Payment #1 ($75) due 1/15/25

• Payment #2 ($75) due 2/15/25

• Payment #3 due 4/15/25, but TBD based on fundraising!

What do I wear?:

• Casual Attire - gray band t-shirt, athletic shorts, and sneakers
