Participant assumes all risks associated with participation, including minor injuries or other accidents that may occur indoors or outdoors. 🌧️ Weather and FireworksThe banquet will take place rain or shine, as the main program is indoors. In the event of severe weather conditions that make the outdoor fireworks unsafe or otherwise impractical, the organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the fireworks portion at their discretion. No refunds will be issued if the fireworks are cancelled due to weather; the indoor event will continue as planned. 🚫 Limitation of LiabilityParticipant agrees that the event organizers, sponsors, and other parties involved in the event will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising out of or connected in any way to the participant&rsquo;s involvement in the event. ⚖️ Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising under these terms will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
