🎉The University of Alabama Alumni Richmond Chapter is proud to present the documentary film "Do Right: The Stallings Standard", sponsored by Engel Family Farms and First Bank & Trust, Hanover.
A documentary produced by Drs. Chandra Clark and Michael Bruce is a story about 1992 National Championship Coach Gene Stallings who bridged the thirty-year championship gap between University of Alabama coaching legends Paul “Bear” Bryant and Nick Saban. During his life in coaching, Stallings built international awareness and opportunities for people with developmental disabilities in a football family encouraged to always do the right thing. Stallings’ influence continues to grow as his former assistants and players follow his example in their lives, especially those who have gone on to lead athletic programs of their own across the country and around the world.
Proceeds from this event will be used to support the Stallings Foundation and Nest Academy.
