Honor Their Sacrifice with a Memorial BrickCW4 Bill Ruth VFW Post 10076 is creating a place of lasting remembrance to honor the 1,206 service members from Carroll, Frederick, Howard, and Montgomery Counties who were Missing in Action or Killed in Action in foreign wars.Each memorial brick donation will help us recognize one of these local heroes and preserve their legacy at our Post home in Mount Airy, Maryland &mdash; a community located at the crossroads of four counties. These bricks are intended to become part of a permanent memorial space dedicated to remembrance, service, and sacrifice.Your donation helps make this vision possible.
