This is a 10' x 10' space and you will need to provide all of your own setup equipment as defined in the application Rules and Regulations, including but limited to, your own "straight-leg" canopy, canopy weights, table, and chairs.

By paying for your booth on this app, it will only guarantee your reservation will be held for 10 days for the Doodlebug Event on December 5th, 2026, here in Boulder City. ❤️ 

By submitting your payment on this app, you acknowledge that, you are still required to still submit the physical application for this event. 

You must make arrangements to get your fully completed 3-page application for this event, to the Vendor Chair within 10 days of making this payment. If your completed application is not received within 10 days of submitting your payment, your Booth Fee will be refunded and your reservation canceled. You may then reapply, but your application and full-payment must be re-submitted, along with full payment and will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis.

You may request ONE extra table for an additional charge of $10 each; and you may request ONE extra chair.
