Individuals must have served in any of the five branches and must also meet one of the following:&nbsp;-Active duty-Honorably discharged-Died in the line of duty&nbsp;LocationBanners will be displayed on the interior (median) light posts of the 200 and 300 blocks of S. Center Street. (22 banners, total)&nbsp;TimeBanners will beginning being displayed close to Memorial Day through Veteran&rsquo;s Day.
