For K-5th Graders Creative drama or improvisation is the inventive foundation of play for All Ages! Brought to you in partnership with Future Hearts, Minds &amp; Dreamers, participants will get their creative juices flowing by learning to use their imagination to produce characters and stories through teamwork and problem solving.&nbsp; Participants will not only gain and sharpen their theatre skills but will exercise memorization and projection which will help them succeed in all areas of life!&nbsp; This program provides confidence boosting exercises, friend inspiring games, and innovative short scenes in a judgment free zone. Our instructors work uniquely with each age group, providing age appropriate material that is sure to spark skills such as inventiveness, dramatic structure, public speaking, and brainstorming.&nbsp; Cost:&nbsp;$227 per participantWe have a limited number of scholarships available. If the registration fee would prevent your child from attending, please reach out. I hold my B.A. In English &amp; Theatre Arts from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and my M.A. in Acting from The University of Essex-East 15 Acting School. I co created the Ojai Youth Entertainers Studio, Glass Moon Theatre Company &amp; Future Hearts, Minds &amp; Dreamers. I have been teaching theatrical arts such as: dancing, acting, singing, public speaking, playwriting, technical theatre, directing, film &amp; photography since 2008, in public, private &amp; charter schools, to ages Prek-Seniors. I have had the privilege to work with some amazing schools and communities like: Ojai Valley School, Denver Public Schools, Boulder Valley Schools, Friends School, Charter School Network in Colorado, Ojai Unified School District, Charter Schools of Arizona, Kaiser Permanente, Creative Dance Kids and Rocky Mountain Theatre for Kids.
