DSI After 4 – St. George offers affordable evening activities for working adults, families, and community members of all ages who want a place to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy something positive after work.

Join us Monday through Thursday after 4:00 PM for fitness, recreation, family activities, learning, and fellowship—all right here in St. George.

For only $10 per month, your membership includes access to all After 4 programming, including the fitness room, line dancing, Pound Fitness, Family Game Night, Needlework, Bible Talk, Mommy & Me Movie & Snacks, and special activities such as Candle Making & Sip.

Whether you’re leaving work, caring for family during the day, or simply looking for more ways to connect in the evening, DSI After 4 gives you an affordable place to move, relax, learn, and belong.

DSI After 4 — Evening Programs for Working Adults & the Community

You work during the day. Now there’s something for you after 4.

DSI After 4 is Dorchester Seniors’ evening programming designed especially for working adults, busy families, and community members who want affordable ways to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy meaningful activities after the workday.

Join us at our Summerville Center Monday through Thursday from 4:00–7:00 PM for fitness, recreation, learning, wellness, and social activities in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

For only $20 per month, members receive access to all After 4 programming, including the fitness room, billiards/pool, media center, line dancing, Spades, Mahjong, Cornhole, Bible Talk, technology classes, and special activities.

Beginning in October, After 4 will also feature our Brotherhood Circle, Sisterhood Circle, and Reset & Restore wellness series—creating space to connect, recharge, and grow.

Whether you’re getting off work, working from home, raising a family, or simply looking for something positive to do in the evening, DSI After 4 gives you a place to belong.
