Location: Duniway Track (Portland, OR)Dates: September 14th - October 26th (No practice October 12th)Days/Time: Monday &amp; Wednesday - 5:00-6:00 This program is designed to help athletes grow in confidence, learn new skills, and most importantly have fun with running.
