The Blair House was the home of Angela’s character Jessica Fletcher on the popular TV show “Murder, She Wrote.”  Murder, She Wrote fans will recognize this gracious 1888 Victorian residence as the home of Angela Lansbury’s charming sleuth Jessica Fletcher in the hit TV show. Blair House Inn, located in Mendocino’s historic district on the north coast of California, boasts stunning ocean views, period antiques, and cozy featherbeds."Murder, She Wrote" was set in the fictional town of Cabot Cove, Maine, and Mendocino was chosen as the filming location because of the historic architectural similarities to Maine. From 1984-1996, over 264 episodes of "Murder, She Wrote" were broadcast on TV, and you can still watch it today on most streaming platforms. Angela Lansbury is remembered fondly by many local residents who were extras on the set or met her around town and were touched by her kindness and generosity.  Your prize also comes with a private guided tour (with historical photos of Angela) of many of the Mendocino filming locations fans will recognize from the show. You’ll receive a commemorative scrapbook, Memories of Cabot Cove, full of color photographs of Angela and the rest of the cast during their time in Mendocino.  Raffle prize will be drawn on May 5, 2023 at 7pm PST. Winner need not be present. Please note, this ticket platform gives all the proceeds to the Kelley House Museum.
