We are happy to announce that this year we will, once again, be hosting our annual Fill Your Sleigh: Holiday Bazaar, right here at Four Rivers Cultural Center and Museum! Please take the time to fill out ALL the information required to become a vendor. The Holiday Bazaar will be hosted on Friday, Nov. 11th and Saturday, Nov. 12th from 10am-6pm. Set up time is Thursday, November 10th from 5pm-8pm. Set up must be complete by 8pm as the center will be closed. Each vendor will receive 2 event badges that will allow the vendor and one employee/helper to enter the Cultural Center at 9am on both days of the event (1 hour early). The doors will open to the public at 10am.  When we receive your completed registration form and payment, you will have the opportunity to choose your booth location. If you are representing a network marketing or similar company, please call to confirm availability before submitting your registration as we will only accept one vendor from each company. Once your space is chosen, no changes can be made. Your registration fee is non-refundable. Your booth must be ready and staffed from 10am-6pm BOTH DAYS. Each vendor must donate an item valued at $25 or more to be raffled off during the event. This is a HUGE benefit to you as we will display your item along with 1 postcard sized advertisement provided by you on our raffle tble during the event and we will announce your business when your item is raffled off. Raffle items must be dropped off at the raffle table on Thursday evening during set-up. Booth Information:-Our booth space is 8 feet in length-You may purchase up to two spaces-Each booth space will be equipped with one 8 foot long table and 1 chair-Adding a power source will incur an addition charge of $5-Booths are categorized as internal or exteral, single and double-Single means one booth, double means two booths-External provides wall space, Internal does not.
